The atmosphere and decor are very nice in the restaurant. The bar area looks okay and a bit awkward. It looks like they used all the money to buy chandeliers, then had to buy a cheap bar centerpiece shelf. The food was just okay. More than half of it was room temperature or a little cold. The taste was just okay, too. It was either very bland or overseasoned. My cocktail was good. I would not come back
We were visiting this spot from Toronto, Canada. There was 9 of us with a reservation for 7 people (some other friends surprised my friend from another state) so they had to pivot but we told that we didn’t mind squishing on the table we had. We could make it work. Also, it was one of our friend’s birthday. First it was a little wait when we got there but the set up at the front is AMAZING. there’s a little photo op/wait area with a floral wall, ceiling and swing chairs. It was absolutely stunning. When we ordered, I ordered a coffee. It wasn’t hot and they only had cream, I drink milk in my coffee. I ordered the bacon, egg potatoes and side of pancakes. It was delicious. I am not big on eggs but these were cooked to perfection. My friend ordered the breakfast, she said they were really good, seasoned well. The pancakes weren’t the greatest. They were a little crunchy. Other friends ordered the chicken and waffles and they said it was so good, it is white meat. The shrimp were JUMBO! They also said that they were good, no complaints. The crème brûlée waffle was exquisite. So delicious. They mimosas were great, only feedback was to leave the bottle at the table. lol The servers were friendly and very accommodating and the MANAGER was 100/10. I don’t remember his name but he was so nice, he came over and check on us. Catered to our request and was just overall super nice. We will definitely be back our next time in Pittsburgh ❤️❤️❤️ Oh and last thing, they brought out a cupcake with the cotton candy for my friend for her birthday and it was just such a great end to our brunch. Food: 5
Food was pretty good, got the short rib and the meat was very yummy but my whole dish was kinda room temperature. The gnocchi was delicious, but was also almost room temperature. Got the mudslide drink and it’s very good but VERY STRONG. Bread platter had a great selection of bread, but the butter and jam selection didn’t seem to match We had 2 sweet butters and 3 different cheeses and savory breads. The server kinda seemed lost or like she couldn't care less, but the manager was super kind when he stopped over to check in!
Amazing experience at Ritual House for our anniversary. Firstly, the food was stunning although we felt some things can be for a little less. The taste was wonderful as was presentation. Starting from our the famous Bruleed Oranges, Burrata, Special fish and Halibut were all fabulous. To finish off, their strawberry pretzel dessert was stunning. Probably the best dessert I had in terms of presentation. Good cocktails too. Secondly, the ambience was perfect for a special occasion. They even celebrated our anniversary with a sparkler, a complimentary piece of celebratory cake and cotton candy! Finally, our server Viktoriia was amazing. She was so generous to take all the pictures for my wife and I. Just loved her service!!
This place is an absolute gem for brunch! The atmosphere is so lovely with a beautiful design that makes it feel both cozy and classy. The lobster omelette is simply incredible—easily one of the best I’ve had. The cocktails are also top-notch, perfectly crafted and super refreshing. It’s quickly become one of my favorite spots for brunch, whether it’s for a casual weekend or something a little more special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food,
